Thinking of where to brunch this weekend? Bulla Gastrobar, the Spanish-style eatery most of us know and love recently revamped its brunch menu. Available Saturday and Sunday, the new menu features healthy additions like an avocado toast with grated smoky Idiazabal cheese, savory dishes including huevos rancheros with brava sauce and crispy bread, and staples like chicken and waffles topped with chorizo gravy. For dessert, wait for it… churros s’mores: two perfectly cooked churros rolled in sugar and Graham cracker crumbs and then topped with Hershey chocolate and marshmallows. Mic drop.
The restaurant’s prix-fixe menu was also updated to include more bang for your buck. For only $27 guests can chose an item per section. The sections include eggs-centric dishes, tapas and small plates, larger plates and sandwiches (I am a sucker for the cochinillo hash) and sweets. Top that off with bottomless sangria and mimosas and you’ve got yourself a party. Brunch on, my friends.
