Malibu Farm

By: Dana Rozansky

Lunch with a view takes on a whole new meaning now that Malibu Farm has made a home for itself in Miami Beach. Located at the Eden Roc Hotel, this farm-to-fork restaurant lives up to the hype. Sure, Miami has plenty of beachfront dining, but Malibu Farm has truly raised the bar. It has a unique sophistication that’s hard to come by. From the serene setting to the minimalist décor to the colorful dishes and friendly staff, Malibu Farm is not to be missed.

Now speaking of colorful dishes, be prepared for an overwhelming array of options. Malibu Farm serves up brunch items, salads, sandwiches and pizzas galore, so be prepared for some difficult decisions. Or, bring enough friends so you can order a smorgasbord and avoid any potential food envy when you see the table next to you getting something you didn’t order.

The food is fresh, organic, locally sourced and seriously easy on the eyes. I was amazed by Malibu Farm’s ability to take a seemingly straightforward salad and turn it into eye candy on a plate. Each dish was more appetizing than the next, and thankfully they tasted even better than they looked.

Feast your eyes on just a few of my favorite items:

Burrata Fruit:  Arugula, burrata, seasonal fruit, pomegranate, sesame seed brittle, maple balsamic
