If you’re looking for a solid steakhouse with serious sex appeal, STK is the answer. In case you need convincing, just let STK’s global footprint do the talking. With locations in NYC, Chicago, LA, Las Vegas, London, Orlando, Ibiza and Milan, it’s safe to say they’ve made quite the name for themselves. So naturally, Miami had to be in the lineup as well – but rather than one STK location, we’ve opted for two…because in the 305, we like to go big or go home.
After the success of Miami’s first STK location at the One Hotel, The ONE Group decided to give us a second helping of the steakhouse we all know and love.
Downtown Miami, it’s time to MEAT your new neighbor: STK.
Located in the heart of Downtown, right on Biscayne Boulevard, this STK definitely lives up to its namesake. This new location captures the essence of Miami from the second you step inside. Not only can you see sweeping views of the city, but the pink accent lights inside will give the city lights a run for their money.
In true Miami fashion, you can listen to STK’s in-house DJ spin, while sipping on inventive cocktails at the bar. By inventive, I’m talking spiked cold pressed juices, or STK’s “adult juice boxes” which will make you feel slightly less guilty for all of the incredible grub you’re about to consume. My personal favorite: the “Don’t Kale My Vibe” which has Avión Tequila, kale, cucumber, apple, green pepper, spinach and romaine. Bottoms up!
While I could probably survive on adult juice boxes alone, I don’t quite think STK is the place to go if you’re on a liquid diet. So let’s talk food.
What pleasantly surprised me about my experience at STK is the fact that it offers so much more than just big ole hunks of red meat. STK has stepped up its game by offering up incredible fish, ceviche, salads and more…so you can even invite your picky, vegetarian friends to join in on the fun, if you’re so inclined.
Here’s a sneak peek of some of the highlights waiting for you at STK’s new Downtown digs.
Thanks to STK’s new Downtown location, we’ve got yet another reason to go back for seconds.
