Baby Got Bao Buns at Talde

By: Dana Rozansky

From the first time I stepped foot in Talde, I knew that the people behind this place just got it. From the décor to the music to the cocktails, Talde had totally earned that cool factor which so many South Beach hot spots try desperately to achieve.

So when I heard about what goes down at Talde on Thursday nights, I wasn’t surprised – just eager to get my hands on it.

What am I talkin BAO’t, you ask? BABY GOT BAO BUNS!

I’ll explain.

Each Thursday night from 6 – 11 p.m, Talde brings out the big guns – with BIG BUNS. While a regular night at Talde consists of creative Asian-American cuisine including dumplings, noodles, short ribs and more, Thursday nights are all about the buns!

With six different varieties to please any palate, plus beer pairings to boot, it’s the perfect Thursday night warm-up before hitting the town.

So go ahead with your bad self and play the field with all of Talde’s delectable buns.
