When we think of food porn, we often think of artery-clogging, heartburn-inducing items that feel so right when consumed, yet so wrong when digested.

4.     Portion Size

o   I know what you’re thinking – with items like doughnuts and arepas, they’re probably bite-sized to keep them “healthy” – WRONG! These meals are hearty, healthy and packed with ingredients such as chia seeds that will keep you full and energized throughout the day. The portions are surprisingly large and will satisfy even the most active appetites.  

5.     Taste

Let’s put it this way - if you served The Wholly Kitchen’s food to me at a restaurant, I wouldn’t think twice. This isn’t your typical bland, flavorless health food that you’ll find in other delivery services. I must admit I even had a few moments where I thought to myself, “This tastes way too good to be so healthy” which is the ultimate taste test in my opinion.
